How to limit your search to nursing journals/published in the last 10 years and with free full text.
Here's the initial search screen. We're looking for nursing articles about hospital acquired infections.

Once you have a result list, you need to limit to nursing by clicking on the Show additional filters link:
Here are the filters you can choose from. Click on "Journal categories"
You'll next click on 10 years and Nursing journals.
Here's a result list with an additional helpful filter: Free full text. (Much of the content on PubMed is not available for free).
